Bookings are open!

Dear All.

We are pleased to announce that bookings for classes are open!!!

PLEASE READ: We have made some important changes to the website.

Firstly, payment for MOST classes will be booked and paid for on a subscription basis (unless stated otherwise in the class descriptions). This means classes will be booked for the year and paid in 5 instalments every two months. You have the option to cancel your subscription as per our terms and conditions (these have been amended so do please look at them). Or you can select to make full payment.

Secondly, we have added new payment options. You may pay by PayPal (as we did last year) or by Stripe which allows you to pay by credit card. The fees for Stripe are lower and paying by Stripe allows you to have multiple subscriptions in one basket. This means you only checkout once as opposed to having to check out your subscriptions one at a time as was the case with PayPal. If you use PayPal you will have to check out each subscription individually (just a quirk of the paypal system).

Thirdly, we have done away with the termly refreshment and resources fee and instead have moved to an annual administration fee of £20 per family. This helps to cover the administrative costs that we incur over the year.

Fourthly, there have been changes to our terms and conditions as well as minor tweaks to our policies and you can find all these on our website.

Finally please be aware that the age guidance for the exam classes is set at 14+ and if your child is younger than the specified age – it will be important for you to contact us and the tutor to discuss their suitability and readiness for the course. These are intense one year courses often with mature content, requiring a degree of exam readiness and maturity that can impact on group dynamics and discussions.

Foundation classes are set for ages 13+  and are structured as the first year of a GCSE course. Again if you are unsure, best to contact us and the tutor concerned to discuss your child’s readiness.
